Privacy Policy

TRS does not directly collect your data. The only instances when we will receive data related to you are as follows:

1. Error reporting: If an error occurs with your use of the system, TRS will be notified and be able to see the error.
2. Surveys shared with TRS: If you decide to share surveys with TRS, we will, of course, be privy to that data.

Please note: When you are using TRS, you are using it to collect data from students and teachers at your school. This data is stored locally in your Google Drive and is used by TRS software as you go through the steps. NONE of this data is shared with Trigaten Technologies LLC nor is it accessed or accessible outside the scope of YOUR Google Drive. The data is never shared unless you explicitly do so.

Limited Use disclosure

In addition to the above, TRS's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
